Easy Lasagna
(This recipe is one of my own)
1 pkg lasagna noodles
1 large jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
1 Onion, chopped
1 lb Mozarella cheese
1 lb ground beef (or 1/2 ground beef & 1/2 italian sausage)
Parmasean Cheese Sprinkle
Garlic to taste
Season Salt to taste
Mushrooms (Optional)
(While browning meat boil the lasagna noodles)
Brown meat with onion and seasonings. Drain fat, add sauce and warm up.
If too soupy you can add some parmasean cheese sprinkle to help thicken
sauce up. When noodles are almost fully done, drain over cold water.
Spoon a little bit of sauce mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
to avoid the noodles sticking to the bottom of the pan. Layer
noodles, sauce, parmasean cheese sprinkle, mozz cheese, continue to
layer until no more room. I ususally get 4 layers. Cover with aluminum
foil and bake for a half hour in a 350* oven, the last ten minutes
remove foil so cheese may brown a little.
Serve with garlic bread and enjoy. Yummy Yum Yum.
